Poland's NSA Rules Planning Fee Only Applicable to Part of Land
Poland's Supreme Administrative Court (NSA) has ruled that if a plot of land has multiple designated uses and an increase in value due to a local plan only applies to a portion of it, then the planning fee can only be assessed on that specific part. This clarifies regulations regarding property valuation and fees.
