Poland Proposes Higher Notary Fees

Poland's Ministry of Justice has proposed a new project that would increase maximum notary fees, including raising the maximum fee for drawing up a will to 200 PLN from the current 50 PLN.

Notariusze będą więcej zarabiać. Nowy projekt Ministerstwa Sprawiedliwości

Maksymalna stawka notarialna za sporządzenie testamentu wzrośnie do 200 zł (obecnie 50 zł). Minister sprawiedliwości postanowił też zmienić progi i limity wynagrodzenia dla czynności uzależnionych od wartości przedmiotu umowy.
