Poland Mandates Health Education in Schools Starting September

Health education will become compulsory for Polish students beginning September 1, though the sexual health module remains optional. The ruling party PiS has challenged the reform at the Constitutional Tribunal.

Od 1 września edukacja zdrowotna będzie dla uczniów obowiązkowa - z wyjątkiem modułu o zdrowiu seksualnym. Ten pozostanie fakultatywny, dla chętnych. W Trybunale Konstytucyjnym na rozpatrzenie czeka wniosek PiS o stwierdzenie niekonstytucyjności przepisów, które wprowadzają edukację zdrowotną.
