Poland Introduces Stricter Rules for KSeF Self-Invoicing and VAT Deductions

Under Poland's new National e-Invoicing System (KSeF), contracting parties must decide how to accept self-generated invoices before uploading them to the system, otherwise buyers risk losing the right to deduct VAT.
