Poland forecasts drastic drop in fruit harvest for the year

Poland's Central Statistical Office estimates a significant 18.6% decrease in total tree fruit harvests this year, totaling around 3.4 million tons, with berry production also expected to fall, except for currants.

Łączne zbiory owoców z drzew wyniosą w tym roku około 3,4 miliony ton, czyli będą o 18,6 procent niż w 2025 roku - wynika z szacunków Głównego Urzędu Statystycznego. Spadnie też produkcja owoców jagodowych, z wyjątkiem porzeczek.
