PMD Warns of Heavy Rain and Flash Flooding in Islamabad and Rawalpindi

The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has issued a warning for more rain and thunderstorms in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, cautioning that heavy rainfall could trigger flash flooding in low-lying areas, particularly along Nullah Leh and other local nullahs.
