PJ Arrests Man Suspected of Sexually Abusing Sister Since Age Three

The Polícia Judiciária (PJ) has arrested a 24-year-old man suspected of sexually abusing his sister, who was only three years old when the crimes began and continued until March, when the minor disclosed the abuse to her mother.
