Studijní výsledky žáků se ve většině zemí Evropské unie (EU) i Organizace pro hospodářskou spolupráci a rozvoj (OECD) postupně zhoršují. Ukázalo to mezinárodní testování PISA 2025, do nějž se zapojilo více než 750 tisíc žáků z celkem 91 států. Byli mezi nimi i čeští patnáctiletí studenti, kteří se podle zprávy PISA zhoršili v matematice i čtení.
