PiS Announces Bill to Withdraw Poland from ETS if Senate Rejects Referendum

Poland's Law and Justice (PiS) party announced it would introduce a bill to withdraw Poland from the EU's Emissions Trading System (ETS) if the Senate rejects President Karol Nawrocki's request for a referendum on EU climate policy.
