Pilandok Intensifies as Southwest Monsoon Brings Rain to Luzon and Western Visayas

Tropical Depression Pilandok has slightly intensified while continuing to enhance the southwest monsoon, causing rainfall across Luzon and Western Visayas. Two additional tropical depressions outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility are also contributing to the wet weather.
