Phillies Fire Manager Rob Thomson, Name Don Mattingly Interim Skipper

After a dismal 9-19 start to the season and losing 11 of their last 12 games, the Philadelphia Phillies have dismissed manager Rob Thomson. Don Mattingly will step in as the team's interim skipper.
