Philippines Monitors Three Weather Disturbances, 88 Areas Under Calamity State
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) is monitoring three weather disturbances outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility. Meanwhile, 88 areas in the country have been placed under a state of calamity due to the effects of the southwest monsoon and recent cyclones.
