Speaker Dy: We can build a ‘Bagong Kongreso’

MANILA, Philippines — House Speaker Faustino “Bojie” G. Dy III rallied members and employees of the lower chamber on Tuesday to continue working together to build a “Bagong Kongreso,” a better Congress that would restore public trust in the institution. Dy made the statement during a surprise birthday activity organized by House leaders, officials, and employees.
