Philippines Deposits Bajo de Masinloc Chart with UN Amidst China Dispute

The Philippines has deposited a chart of Bajo de Masinloc (Scarborough Shoal) with the United Nations, a strategic area in the South China Sea that China has controlled access to since 2012.
