Philippine LTO Employee Fired, Banned from Driving After Drunk Hit-and-Run
A Land Transportation Office (LTO) employee in the Philippines has been terminated and permanently lost his driving license after a drunk driving hit-and-run incident in Rizal on August 14, where he struck two women. The LTO Chief announced the disciplinary actions at a press briefing.
