Peru Confirms Deaths of Citizens Fighting for Russia in Ukraine

Peru has for the first time announced the deaths of its citizens who were fighting as mercenaries on the Russian side in the war against Ukraine, according to the EFE news agency. The Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs stated that 459 Peruvian citizens had joined the conflict.

Dienvidamerikas valsts Peru pirmo reizi paziņojusi par tās pilsoņu bojāeju, karojot Krievijas pusē karā pret Ukrainu, vēsta Spānijas ziņu aģentūra EFE.
