Peru Begins Transition to Elected President Keiko Fujimori
Peru's National Elections Jury has officially proclaimed Keiko Fujimori as the winner of the presidential election with 50.135% of valid votes, despite allegations of electoral fraud from her opponent Roberto Sánchez.
