Penava Links Croatian Waste Problem and Macelj Massacres to Former Yugoslavia

Ivan Penava, the mayor of Vukovar, has commented on the widespread waste problem in Croatia, attributing part of it to the former state. He also spoke at a mass funeral in Macelj, stating that the massacres there were carried out on Tito's orders.
