Parking Contract Signed in Montenegro, But No Machines or Road Construction

A contract for a parking lot near the Ravni cemetery in Montenegro has been signed, but work has not yet begun, and there are no machines on site. Additionally, a new tender for the road from the General Hospital to the city cemetery, part of a broader improvement project, has not been issued.
