Paris Gymnasium Requisitioned to House Migrants, Sparks Local Criticism

The Montherlant gymnasium in the 16th arrondissement of Paris has been requisitioned since May 6 to house approximately 150 migrants, drawing criticism from the local mayor.

LE FIGARO TV - Depuis le 6 mai dernier, le gymnase Montherlant, dans le 16e arrondissement de Paris, a été réquisitionné pour héberger environ 150 migrants. Dans l’émission Points de Vue, le maire LR a fait part de son «impression d’être souvent sollicité».
