Pardubice Kávoviny Complex to Undergo Gradual Redevelopment

The transformation of the Kávoviny complex in Pardubice into a residential area will be gradual, with an agreement ensuring infrastructure and public spaces are developed alongside new construction over potentially two decades.

Proměna pardubického areálu Kávovin na obytnou čtvrť bude postupná. Dohoda, kterou město nedávno uzavřelo s investorem, má zajistit, aby spolu s novou výstavbou vznikala také potřebná infrastruktura a kvalitní veřejný prostor. Součástí ujednání je například podíl investora na vybudování parkovacích míst nebo nové křižovatky v ulici Jana Palacha. Uvedl to primátor Jan Nadrchal (ANO).
