CALASIAO, Pangasinan — Pangasinan has been placed under a state of calamity due to the combined effects of the enhanced southwest monsoon and tropical cyclones Luis, Maymay, and Neneng, which caused substantial damage to infrastructure, agricultural crops, livestock, and communities across the province.
