Pangasinan Fishermen Receive New Boats from BFAR

The Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) has provided a group of marginal fishermen in Bolinao, Pangasinan, with a new 62-footer Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) Handline Boat, enabling them to fish in commercial waters.
