Óscar Puente Offers to Transfer Commuter Rail Services to Madrid and Andalusia

Spanish Minister Óscar Puente has expressed willingness to transfer the management of Cercanías (commuter rail) services to the regional governments of Madrid and Andalusia, noting that Madrid's president Ayuso complains about the service but doesn't want to manage it.
