ORF Works Council Appeals to ECtHR Over Cancelled Allowances in Old Contracts

The central works council of the Austrian public broadcaster ORF is taking its case to the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) after allowances in old contracts were cancelled following a legal amendment, which the Constitutional Court deemed proportionate.
