OPW Cannot Escape Contract for National Children’s Science Centre

An arbitrator has ruled that the Office of Public Works (OPW) cannot avoid the consequences of its contract to build the National Children’s Science Centre, with philanthropist Ali Hewson vowing to fundraise for its opening.
