Director Oliver Frljić stated he was unaware his play was announced for the 59th Bitef Festival, even as two other theater troupes have already canceled their participation in the main program.

Iako je selektor ovogodišnjeg, 59. izdanja Bitefa Spasoje Ž. Milovanović najavio sedam predstava u glavnom programu Beogradskog internacionalnog teatarskog festivala, dve pozorišne trupe već su otkazale učešće. Istovremeno, reditelj Oliver Frljić kaže da je tek od Danasa saznao da je na repertoaru ovogodišnjeg Bitefa najavljena predstava „Crno zlato“, koju je režirao u produkciji Beogradskog dramskog pozorišta, prema tekstu Dejana Dukovskog.
