NZTA Pauses Billboard Cameras for WOF Fraud Detection

The New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) has paused its use of billboard cameras to detect Warrant of Fitness (WOF) fraud, despite the method's success in identifying suspicious garages. The agency is investigating garages suspected of issuing WOFs to vehicles not present in the same town or city.
