Norwegian Authorities Report Deficiencies on 'Russebussar' Fleeing Inspection

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration reported serious deficiencies, including issues with emergency exits, roof loads, and exhaust systems, on two 'russebussar' (graduation buses) that fled inspection. The Swedish rental company has since apologized.
