Niš Appeals Court Rejects Ex-Mayor's Recusal Request

The Appeals Court in Niš has rejected a request to recuse the president of the High Court in Niš, Tomica Trajković, filed by the defense counsel for former mayor Dragana Sotirovski, who suspected his impartiality.
