Nine-Year-Old Girl Raped in India, Brother Assaulted

MP horror: 9-yr-old girl raped in front of brother while returning home from school

A nine-year-old girl was allegedly raped in Bhind district on Tuesday afternoon. Her eleven-year-old brother was assaulted when he tried to intervene and rescue his sister. The suspect, an acquaintance, offered the children a lift home from school. He then took them to a secluded area and committed the crime. Police are now searching for the absconding suspect.
