
Nigeria’s Anti-Corruption Agency Reports Record Convictions and Asset Recoveries
Nigeria’s Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has announced it secured more than 10,800 convictions and recovered approximately N1.23 trillion alongside $684 million over a 34-month period. EFCC Chairman Olukoyede attributed the figures to intensified investigations and asset recovery initiatives.
