Nigerian Court Sets July 7 for PDP, INEC Suit Hearing

A Federal High Court in Abuja has scheduled July 7 for the hearing of a suit filed by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), seeking to compel INEC to recognize the Kabir Turaki-led interim National Working Committee.
