Latest Niamey airport attack tests Niger junta as terror groups 'adapt'

Niamey airport was attacked for the second time this year on 18 June, with 13 people killed, in an assault that illustrated how jihadist groups are changing their methods to test Niger’s security forces. Nigerien researcher Brimaka Abdoul Azizou Garba tells RFI the attack showed terrorism is “not abating” but adapting.
