(ANSA) - ROME, JUL 22 - INPS said Wednesday that the average monthly State pension paid to new women pensioners in the first half of 2026 was 1,048 euros, 30.41% lower than the average of 1,506 euros for men during the same period. The social-security-and-pensions agency said the difference for the whole of 2025 was 26.2%, with new women pensioners getting 1,047 euros a month, compared to 1,419 euros for men.
