A newly established cycling trail named 'Krajinou bez hranic' has officially linked Vyšší Brod in the Czech Republic with Reichenthal in Austria, reviving a historic route previously severed by the Cold War border.

Vyšší Brod a rakouský Reichenthal spojuje nová přeshraniční cyklotrasa Krajinou bez hranic. Vede místy, kudy kdysi procházela historická cesta, kterou přerušila železná opona. Nová trasa nabízí spojení přes krajinu Šumavy a Mühlviertelu pro cyklisty i pěší. Projekt za bezmála 22 milionů korun zaplatila Evropská unie.
