New Central Dog Registry Begins in Czech Republic

A new Central Dog Registry (CEP) is being implemented in the Czech Republic, with veterinarians responsible for entering data and breeders accountable for its accuracy, according to the President of the Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons.

Za správné údaje v nové Centrální evidenci psů (CEP) bude zodpovědný chovatel, zadávat je ale bude veterinární lékař, řekla ve středu na tiskové konferenci v Praze prezidentka Komory veterinárních lékařů Petra Šinová. Povinná registrace psů začne postupně od 1. července; chovatelé musí psy zaregistrovat nejpozději při nejbližší vakcinaci proti vzteklině.
