NCIC Summons Gachagua Over 'Snake and Eggs' Speech

The National Cohesion and Integration Commission (NCIC) has summoned Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, Busia Governor Paul Otuoma, and Homa Bay Town MP Peter Kaluma in connection with Gachagua's controversial 'snake and eggs' speech.
