Nakyobe Orders Transfer of Long-Serving Ministry Staff Under Three-Year Rule

Lucy Nakyobe, the Head of Public Service and Secretary to Cabinet, has ordered the transfer of ministry staff who have served for more than three years in the same department, enforcing a long-standing policy.
