Mugoša: Majority Consciously Obstructs Chapter Closure

Boris Mugoša, president of the European Alliance parliamentary club, stated that the majority in the Assembly has, for the fourth time in three years, consciously obstructed the formation of the Fiscal Council, which is a concrete measure for closing a negotiating chapter.
