MRT-3 resumes normal operations

MANILA, Philippines — Operations of the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) have returned to normal after the rail system implemented provisional services between North Avenue and Shaw Boulevard in both directions early Wednesday morning. The provisional service was implemented at 5:50 a.m. due to a technical issue between Buendia and Guadalupe stations. Normal operations resumed
