MRI Study Reveals Unexpected Effect of Yawning on Brain Fluid
A new study using MRI has shown that yawning has an unexpected effect on the movement of fluid protecting the brain. While scientists are still investigating the full significance of this process, the discovery could lead to a better understanding of why humans and many other species yawn.
