MPs Warn HS2 'Spectre' Threatens Northern Powerhouse Rail Funding

Members of Parliament on the Commons’ Public Accounts Committee have warned that the 'spectre of HS2' poses a clear risk to the Northern Powerhouse Rail scheme's ability to be delivered within its £45 billion funding cap.
