Moscow Lifts Fuel Tanker Permit Requirements Amid Spreading Shortages

As fuel shortages spread across Russia, Moscow lifts tanker entry permits to keep gas stations supplied

Moscow has lifted the permit requirement for fuel tanker drivers entering and traveling within the city, effective June 23, according to the mayor’s official website. The exemption came at the request of the owners of gas station networks in and around Moscow and is intended to keep fuel deliveries to filling stations uninterrupted.
