Montenegro's Supreme Court President Seeks Dismissal of Appellate Court Head

Valentina Pavličić, President of the Supreme Court, has proposed to the Judicial Council the dismissal of Mirjana Popović, President of the Appellate Court, following nearly three weeks of protests by judges and staff.
