Montenegro's Defense Ministry refutes claims about lieutenant colonel

Montenegro's State Secretary in the Ministry of Defense, Sandra Radević, has publicly called on Mr. Zirojević to apologize to the public for his "unserious approach," stating that there is currently no lieutenant colonel with specific initials in the Army of Montenegro.
