Montenegro Strengthens Cooperation for Better Protection of Detainee Rights

A Memorandum of Cooperation was signed to improve the handling of recommendations from the National Mechanism for the Prevention of Torture (NPM) and accelerate information exchange, aiming to better protect the rights of persons deprived of liberty in Montenegro.
