Montenegro Proposes Higher Building Maintenance Fees and Professional Managers

A draft law on the management and maintenance of residential buildings in Montenegro proposes a minimum maintenance fee of 0.30 euros per square meter. It also mandates professional managers, with at least 15% of fees going to the manager and 5% to the assembly president, alongside stricter debt collection.
