Montenegro Police Chief Cleared of Criminal Charges Regarding Former President's Brother's Arrest

The Special State Prosecutor's Office has determined that Police Director Lazar Šćepanović did not commit crimes related to the arrest of the former president's brother, dismissing allegations of organized crime and abuse of power.
