Montenegro NGO Network Announces Charges, Seeks Investigation into Commission Election

The Network of NGOs of the North in Montenegro has announced it will file charges and seek an investigation into whether a commission was elected in accordance with prescribed conditions, particularly regarding organizations that supported Elmaz Osmanović's election.
